One of the more complex washed Ethiopians we've tried this year! This coffee's name comes from its origins - the Kore kebel (village) in the Kochere woreda (district). While it's technically a classic "Yirgachefe" coffee, it embraces the characteristic "strong fruit tea" flavour profile the Kochere sub-region is known for. We taste aromatic oolong tea, apricot, and grape jelly.
