Traditionally a tea growing and drinking culture, China has been making great strides in the production of Specialty Coffee! Coffee is grown in the same areas as tea, meaning the soil is well-conditioned for high-quality coffee shrubs. This particular district has adopted Colombian proceses due to the similar microclimate, yielding clean and sweet flavours usually unheard of with the Catimor varietal. Our debut coffee offering from China certainly doesn't disappoint!
