We enjoy classic Brazil coffees. But we enjoy them more when they surprise us! This particular coffee is a "blend" from sixty of the top producers in the Mogiana region of Brazil. Blending from this many smallholders may be an unorthodox way of sourcing from the country, but the results were definitely tasty! We get dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and interestingly, red apple in this natural-processed coffee.
